A gun machine that shoots dumplings together would be the greatest thing

The world should put together all their brain power and weapons experts and artillery and dumpling ammo so that we can make this dumpling gun machine happen. Imagine a world where at a push of a button we can shoot out the perfect amount of meat, spice it, wrap it and cook it in less than 2 seconds. » 2/27/15 8:13pm Friday 8:13pm

A lone coyote running across the frozen waters of the Boston Bay

The US Coast Guard just tweeted this photo of a coyote running across ice, taken from one of its ships in the Boston Harbor, near Quincy. It looks… » 2/26/15 9:02pm Thursday 9:02pm

It's black and blue to Google Image Search. Photoshop's eyedropper tool says it's black and blue. But I only… » 2/26/15 7:40pm Thursday 7:40pm

A fascinating view into the US Air Force boneyards

You can zoom in this 48-megapixel image of the USAF boneyard in Tucson, Arizona—stitched from Bing Maps satellite images—and try to identify all those airplanes. Or you can watch this USAF documentary on how the US stockpiles thousands of planes in deserts around the country to keep the active fleet flying.* » 2/26/15 1:53pm Thursday 1:53pm
