I am beyond disappointed with your APO shipping policy. I don't expe...ct special treatment but you are the ONLY company that I have encountered that charges more to ship to APO addresses. This is including small businesses and your competitors. I was just charged $30 for $60 worth of small items that weigh less than 2lbs total. There is no way it costs that much to ship these items. Also, to not offer a refund to someone that immediately calls to cancel because your shipping price gouge isn't evident until the order is placed is borderline unethical and at best bad business. I will not purchase anything from you again until this policy changes and will be spreading the word to other military moms stationed in Europe. See More
