'Supernatural' boss: Yes, Dean punches Charlie, but she hits back
1 hour ago
For Supernatural fans, the Mark of Cain has never been worse (or better, depending on how you look at it) than the moment it turned Dean into a demon in the season-nine finale. But despite Dean making it back to his normal, human self, the Mark is still around, and fans haven't seen the last of its supernatural effects. When we left the Winchester brothers in 2014, Dean had just murdered an entire house full of normal humans. Sure, they were despicable humans, but as fans of the show know, the Winchesters hunt "things," not people. But thanks to the Mark of Cain, »

"We talk Selma, Ferguson, and Eric Garner. It’s Comedy Central’s worst nightmare—brother finally gets a show in late night TV, »

Right now, he's what he calls "cable famous": Many people already know him as the "senior black correspondent" from The Daily Show, and hardcore fans know his work as a TV writer (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, In Living Color), showrunner (Black-ish, The Bernie Mac Show), and actor (How I Met Your Mother, The Office). TV bosses claim to 'love,' 'love,' 'love' these shows
19 January 2015 8:10 AM, PST
Being a TV executive means having a giant heart. For the past two weeks at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour in Pasadena, top broadcast leaders repeatedly told reporters how much they “loved” certain shows. There was so much l-word in the air, executives practically swooned on stage professing their undying devotion to their current programming -- 46 times, in fact. Take CBS: Entertainment chairman Nina Tassler told reporters she "fell in love" with the pitch for the upcoming comic-book series Supergirl and assured, "I love the superhero genre." She noted many critics "love" their sitcom Mom and confided "we love it too. »

'The Originals': An unstoppable Hope, an angry Finn, and 7 more teases
19 January 2015 7:30 AM, PST
2014 was a big year for the Original family: They added a new member, four of them came back from the dead, Rebekah found a new life (and then was put in a new body), and we found out they have an evil aunt who's likely still alive. Also, potentially another undead sibling? But with all of that behind them, what will 2015 bring? We talked with executive producers Julie Plec and Michael Narducci, along with Finn himself, Yusuf Gatewood, about tonight's return and where the rest of season 2 is headed. »

'Sleepy Hollow': Michelle Trachtenberg compares Abigail Adams to Sherlock Holmes
19 January 2015 6:00 AM, PST
Sleepy Hollow fans, get ready to meet the second First Lady. Michelle Trachtenberg joins Monday’s episode as Abigail Adams—and the role suits her. “My pale skin sort of lends itself to the era,” jokes the actress. But the character is true to life in more ways than one. This Abigail is “as historically accurate as possible, with a little twist. She is trying to catch the big bad evil that is ruining her era and becomes a profiler of sorts.” Abigail calls on Katrina’s help in the fight. “I would like to say that they’re sort »
