Dec 29, 2014Easy to find my products, wasn't sure if my sizes were available, GREAT prices, also found a coupon via RetailMeNot, was very easy to reset my password. LOVE having the option to check out through PayPal. Thanks!Jan 2, 2015Great shopping experience, our only issue was the pants didn't fit my son. Got 2 different sizes of "skinny jeans" and they were SOOOO skinny and tight, it took two of us to get them off him! But that's just a style issue, the whole shopping flow was excellent, including the return process. - Overall Rating:
- Dec 22, 2014Overall I like look.com and it is one of many places i shop online for my daughter's clothes. I am so so happy you started to carry more higher end brands like Splendid. It does seem like you run out of sizes quickly though.

- Dec 16, 2014i did not like that I was not asked dot sign in before choosing payday to checkout because once i was asked to sign in I had to re-choose paypal and sign into paypal again. it was annoying to have the extra step. Otherwise good experience.

- Dec 14, 2014Shopping online is the best for busy moms! Design of site is too busy/hectic. Need more lower end items. Was surprised not to see more girls dress shoes considering the holiday season. You also need more affordable 100% cotton items.
