Do I have to use webmail to use the nsMail Pro collaboration features?
No. You can use the POP3 feature to manage your email service with commonly-used email programs like Microsoft Outlook®, Outlook® Express, Eudora®, Netscape®, and others.
Can I allow users of different email services, like Yahoo® or Microsoft® Exchange, access to my calendar, documents and contacts?
No. To take advantage of nsMail™ Pro collaboration features all users must have an nsMail Pro emailbox in the same account using the same domain name.
Is nsMail™ Pro webmail compatible with all Web browsers?
nsMail™ Pro webmail will run on most Web browsers, but performance is best on a browser that is optimized for AJAX, a specific web technology. This includes: Firefox (2+); Internet Explorer 7; SeaMonkey (1.0+); or Safari 3.1+.
Do I have to have my domain name registered with Network Solutions to use your email?
No. Having your domain registered with Network Solutions is not required. If you plan to use a domain that is not registered with Network Solutions simply enter the domain name when you are prompted to do so during set-up. If you plan to use a domain name registered with Network Solutions simply select the domain name from the list that will be presented to you.
Can I access my email remotely?
Yes. Mobile webmail comes standard with nsMail™ Pro so you can access and manage your mail from your Web-enabled cell phone or PDA. When remotely accessing email, basic functionality includes reading, searching and deleting emails, composing, sending and forwarding messages, as well as saving drafts. Add Mobile Email if you need access to your email, calendar and other collaboration tools on a mobile device.
Can I use IMAP features with my BlackBerry®?
In the near future complete IMAP support will be available for BlackBerry® devices. We currently support mobile access for BlackBerry's but not all IMAP features are enabled.
Can I use Outlook® to view my email?

What are email aliases?
As a small business owner you wear many hats. Email aliases help keep you organized by allowing you to set up different email aliases for special events or product lines, such as contact@janesbagels.com or sales@janesbagels.com. The emails sent to the alias will be delivered to the email address that you designate so you can manage your communication all in one place.
Can I assign any name I want to my emailboxes?
No, a few restrictions apply. Due to sometimes overuse of extremely common names the following emailbox names can not be assigned to nsMail Pro emailboxes: anyone, administrator, admin, nobody, user, postmaster, anonymous.
