Hello +Google and +YouTube for Developers
I am facing a problem that I could not post comments in YouTube in PC even after I signed in. When I click textbox to post my comments, a new window opens up showing some Google URL then after one or two seconds that window closes and textbox do not get active for typing the comments. This happens every time I try to comment on all +YouTube videos. Please solve this issue.

xx9x-. Hi, I know how to improve this Youtube. You are giving a very bad Service from my Point of view which affects everybody and also it is not good for your Company the way you are Managing this Business. Your programs for Robotics and Innovation have also lot of mistakes... Try to send me a contract as Adviser this will allow you to improve all your products and Services...

建議影片評分改回原本可以讓創作者選擇是否開放影片評分，或是可以只有表示「我喜歡」這一選項。
It is suggested that allowing the video producer to select should the video be rated by audience, or allowing the video producer to disable the "dislike" feature of a video.
