Do not go to this movie if you are expecting to see the usual four- penguin team in action. The home office is making an obvious effort to springboard a new franchise with all new characters out of who-knows where because NONE of them were ever in the original movie or the TV show. Too little attention is devoted to feature the penguins we cartoon heads have come to love. Kowalski may as well have stayed in the zoo. One never comes to feel that the team was the focus of the show.
If you simply cannot resist the pleadings of your progeny, be mindful of the theater you choose. The audio is capable of being WAY TOO LOUD for sensitive ears. The DVD will be available very soon.
