Again, the lids that come with other Megablok sets are not able to be used as bases. Other Megablok sets I've seen are all inter-changeable, but not this particular ones.

Bought these for my son's first birthday. The little man is still a bit TOO little to enjoy these Mega Bloks just yet, but he loves the colors and loves banging them together. They're a nice quality, and I love the ease of tidying them up into the zippered bag. They work fine with the Mega Bloks table that his grandparents bought. He'll get lots of use out of them over the years!

Great set. Purchased for a one year old. Week by week she learns how to do more with them. The large base with wheels is a plus. I recommend keeping the bag that they come in, as she has spent hours putting the blocks in, and dumping them back out. Or dumping them all out right after I have put them all away for the evening.
