There seems to be an injustice into why police in the USA are not charged regardless of what colour or race

But more important is the issue why no charges where brought ?

There seems no independent police complaint service to investigate complaints against county police or state police within a particular
USA state I may be wrong ?

In each state there should be an independent police complaints review dept made up of a mixed group of people including minority groups so fairness can be seen to be done openly.

In the UK your equivalent of police within a state when a serious complaint is brought or automatically if someone dies whilst in police custody or been arrested.as well

Then that states police have to put that complaint or any serious occurrence up openly to your equivalent of your countries top policeman commissioner for him or his deputy if not available to appoint another states police force team.to independently investigate, that serious occurrence, complaint or corruption or anything that is

On the event of a serious occurrence the the scene must be preserved
As both teams will investigating each will file there findings any discrepancies if any will be found out

The crown prosecution service decide not the police if there is enough evidence in all crimes to prosecute a case

This case as it was seen publicly this should have gone to trail and a
jury on all evidence of witnesses including that of the specialists
treating the person and the coroners report also,
This would also immediately have an independent team to do there own investigation and witness statements also.

The police service worldwide must adopt such practices and to be
seen openly above corruption also every police mans note books a
scan of such must be submitted along with there written statements
So they do not differ

As today 24 years after the Hillsborough tragedy happened Where 96
Liverpool fans died we are seeing police notebooks differ as to
evidence in written statements as they where told to change it so it all matched by senior police this can never happen again

If not books are scanned timed dated or as technology advances notebooks then become thin electronic and download as they come back into the police station automatically then corruption will decline.
So will the fact evidence going missing




It will be beneficial for the US to accept some new realities; beneficial for the world at large also.
