More young people are getting involved in archery; joining a club, taking part in competitions at university, having a go at holiday centres, or being introduced at primary schools using Arrows. We want to make sure that the opportunity for more young people to take part in archery is available, and that existing young archers continue to enjoy and progress in their sport.

Being a Judge is a fantastic way to be involved in archery. We are now recruiting young people (16-25) onto our new judge training programme to be part of the Judging team at the UK's biggest tournaments in 2015.

Archery GB are looking to recruit two compound specialists for the GB Paralympic Academy, based at Lilleshall and a Performance Academy Assistant Coach to work with our Northern Academy based at Bishop College in Hull.
