The boys arrived to the set in Orlando, Fla. via boat, but one member was strangely missing -- Zayn Malik.
Prior to the boys’ appearance, Matt Lauer revealed that Malik wouldn’t be present via Twitter when he posted, "Where's Zayn? One Direction arrives in Orlando without him. Plenty of questions, but the show goes on Today."

Karl Stefanovic, an Australian newscaster for Today, proved this by wearing the same suit on air for over a year. He wore the blue, "cheap Burberry knock-off" two days in a row, and when no one noticed, he kept wearing it. For a week, then a month, then a year.
Karl thought of the social experiment came after co-anchor Lisa Wilkinson talked about viewers spending more time critiquing her fashion sense than her journalistic work (fast forward to 27:00 in the lecture below).

In this brand-new footage of the rehearsal during which he injured himself, Ribeiro is seen limping and needing his partner Witney Carson just to stand up and walk.
"It took my breath away," the 43-year-old Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star says about the injury. "I started to feel incredible pain in my lower back, and every movement just started to just hurt more and more."
