JOG is a yacht club with a difference. Established in 1950 to allow smaller yachts to compete offshore, it organises highly competitive races for IRC rated yachts. JOG runs a full programme every season grouped into an inshore and offshore series. Competitors enjoy a high standard of racing and a similarly high level of camaraderie at the parties which take place at the end of almost every race in a host port - just one of the many things that gives JOG a very special personality as a club.
The 64th Annual General Meeting of the Junior Offshore Group will be held at the Botleigh Grange Hotel, Grange Road, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2GA on Saturday 22nd November 2014 at 1745 hrs.
