LinkedIn MemberAnnouncing a ranking handed out by another outlet isn't wrong. Anyone going into law school in the past 5 years knows the climate, as highlighted by Mr. McDermit. "They care about class rank and the school's overall reputation, which MSU as a law school, is severely lacking." - Actually, outside the Top 20 schools, almost everything is regionally limited. Beyond that, it's very much a "who you know" game. Jobs are out there, they just aren't being put on a silver platter anymore. For what it's worth, I was hired without an inquiry as to my class rank. Being someone who can work with others, is relatable, and passes the Bar, is what gets you hired.

It is actually true. However, your argument now about job prospects is simply a tangent you've chosen to use in support of your assertion that "MSU has horrible employment prospects." Once, again, Mr. McDermit laid it out. I said jobs exist but aren't "on a silver platter" like before. Take that as you will, but people are still finding jobs as practicing attorneys. I guess it's not all about OCI anymore, huh? Regardless, that still has nothing to do with a ranking showing where MSU's IP program stands. An IP Program ranking article is not misleading. If you want to discuss misleading and law schools, look at employment stats schools use. There's an argument there at least.

LinkedIn MemberAs a fellow Spartan...I think this is great to have on campus! The Titan arums that have bloomed at the Milwaukee Public Museum were a hit, and provided wonderful attention to our institution's Botany department. The Selby Garden in Sarasota has these plants also :) It is especially fun to view the time-lapse footage afterwards too.
LinkedIn MemberThe museum is gorgeous. That being said the exhibits aren't exactly Andy Warhol. Not quite sure how a wall full of old speakers, a weird 60 ft. long denture, and a 3 story pile of red painted paper constitutes art but to each his own.
