As Head of LinkedIn's SMB Relationship Management for North America, we're building a team to support small businesses with limited resources and big ambitions. We're leveling the playing field and connecting talent with opportunity at massive scale.

I lead SMB client sales for LinkedIn's North America Talent Solutions business. My two biggest priorities are enabling our customers' success and developing our amazingly talented sales and leadership team.
As business leader and sales leader, I am rethinking the way we support small businesses. In addition to building an amazing team and developing our leaders, I am focused on solving the problems small businesses face, providing them with the data they need to make the right decisions, and the tools to help them level the playing field.
As Regional Leader of the East Sales team, I built our team from 6 to over 50 sales people and five leaders in three years.
As leader of the Enterprise Relationship Management team, I hired and developed our Enterprise sales people to support the needs of the world's leading companies.
As a leader of a 25 person sales and account management team, we drove over $15 million annual revenue, while supporting the needs of Legal and IT executives at some of the world's fastest growing companies.
Interim leader of 100+ person new business development inside Sales and Account Management team. Achieved 115% of $40MM annual goal. Coached front-line sales managers, allocated and designed territory and goals, distributed resources across competing priorities. Designed incentive plans and reward and recognition campaigns to motivate individual and team performance. Drove strategic planning process.
Sales leader and sales executive in foreign and domestic markets (US, EMEA, APAC). Focused on product innovation, new market strategy, and sales management.
Generated $7M in new business as an individual sales executive selling to Global 1000 C-level executives in Finance, Legal, and IT, including Chief Financial Officers, Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, General Counsel, and CIOs.
The LIFG for Employees Board is responsible for connecting LinkedIn employees' knowledge, experience and passions with nonprofits’ needs through volunteerism and grant-giving, globally.
