The Examining Authority issued a letter notifying Interested Parties of the closure of the examination under section 99 of the Planning Act 2008 on 13 September 2012 at 17:00. The deadline for comments on the draft DCO (see previous update in the overview tab) and responses to the Examining Authority’s questions under rule 17 is the 9 August. The deadline for comments on material submitted for the 19 July has been extended to the 20 August as set out in the Examining Authority’s letter of 1 August.
