The Examining Authority (ExA) has sent a letter to interested parties inviting their comments on The Conservation of Habitats and Species (Amendment) Regulations 2012 that come into force on 16 August. Letter also includes errata to ExA questions.

The preliminary meeting will be held on Monday 23 July 2012 at the North Shore Hotel, North Shore Road, Skegness PE25 1DN. Registration will begin at 10am and the meeting is scheduled to start at 10:30am. The preliminary meeting concerns procedure and how the examination will be conducted. Merits of the application will be considered once the examination of the application has commenced following the preliminary meeting.
