Girls4Gold: Army is a search for fit, powerful, and competitive female athletes, in the regular British Army, who compete or participate in any sport. This is a golden opportunity to develop your potential to become part of Britain’s sporting elite.

If so, we want to hear from you! In partnership with UK Sport and the English Institute of Sport, the Army is looking for athletes with the potential to develop under the guidance of coaches in a world class sporting environment. Talent assessment events will take place across the UK, Germany and Cyprus in October - December 2014.

Target Tokyo
British Shooting conducted a nationwide search for shooters across all disciplines (shotgun, rifle & pistol) as part of their 'Target Tokyo' campaign. Working in conjunction with the Performance Pathway Team; a collaboration between UK Sport and the English Institute of Sport, the recruitment drive sought focused and motivated individuals who had the desire to represent Great Britain and reach the Olympic Podium. The ultimate aim of the project was to identify those shooters that have the potential to be developed for the 2020 Olympic Games.
A Vision for Rio: Para-Swimming
One of GB’s leading Paralympic Performance Programmes, British Para-Swimming, have teamed up with UK Sport and the English Institute of Sport to search for strong female and male swimmers, aged 12–25 years as part of their ‘A Vision for Rio’ campaign.
We are seeking swimmers who are competing to at least county or regional level with reduced vision - defined as being unable to see beyond the top letter of an eye chart with their most effective eye, whilst wearing glasses. Power2Podium: Skeleton is a nationwide search for fast, powerful and competitive male and female athletes who have the passion and drive to become Olympic champions in Skeleton. Chasing The Rio Dream: Para-Archery
Archery GB launched a nationwide search for female recurve archers with a disability as part of their 'Chasing the Dream' campaign. Working in conjunction with the Performance Pathway Team, a collaboration between UK Sport and the English Institute of Sport, the recruitment drive looked for focused and motivated individuals who had the desire to represent Great Britain and reach the Paralympic Podium. The ultimate aim of the project was to identify those archers that had the potential to fast-track their development and compete at the 2016 Paralympic Games with a secondary aim of finding archers that could be developed for the 2020 Paralympic Games.
