Deloitte Disability Sport
Our disability sport journey began in 2007, when we launched Deloitte Parasport, a ground breaking online resource to help people with a disability become more active through sport. With over 330,000 visitors to the site since its launch, Deloitte Parasport has played a significant role in helping the British Paralympic Association to drive participation in disability sport. And after a truly inspiring home Games saw traffic to the site increase by 250%, it’s more important than ever that Deloitte Parasport, with a new extended programme of activity, continues to signpost the way for disability sport for years to come.
From grass roots to gold medals, we’re also proud to be sustaining our backing for the British Paralympic Association, as their Official Partner, on their journey to the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. This integral support, combined with funds raised through our annual challenge - the Deloitte Ride Across Britain, will help the BPA maintain the momentum of ParalympicsGB, who won more medals at the London Games than ever before. We believe that it is the continued success of this team that will inspire the nation to think different about disability.
