Miami International Boat Show 2015 Mission

Miami Boat Show 2015 Mission

12th - 16th February

The BMF International Team supported by UK Trade & Investment will be visiting the Miami Boat Show 2015 from 12.02.2015 for an enhanced visit.  We would like to invite UK companies to join us during this mission to the main leisure marine event in the USA.

This show brings in a national audience of B2C and B2B customers, with more than 3,000 boats, 2,000 companies and 102,118 visitors from across the globe to three locations – Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center and Miamarina at Bayside – for five days of nautical fun.

The US is a growing market and provides growth opportunities for British companies looking to export and expand their business. The Miami Boat show is a key international show and if you are looking to "break" the US or get a feel for the market.

The BMF will be offering a gateway into the show including:

  • Pre-event webinar if required
  • BMF to source tickets to the show (required for Convention Center site)
  • UKTI to facilitate meetings with US companies
  • Potential access to a international “Mix & Mingle” networking event on the first evening of the show, February 12th
  • Introductions to a US marketing company
  •  UKTI to host either a dinner or networking drinks with US distributor and boat-builder contacts on February 13th .  We will also try to generate attendance         from the Brazil industry as they do also visit the show.

Please note; Travel and accommodation are not being organised by the BMF.

At this stage it is unclear whether there will be a fee required for the tickets and the “Mix & Mingle” but we are of course working to keep this very low.

If you would like to join us or require some further information please contact Tom Chant – Tchant@britishmarine.co.uk, spaces are limited and dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
