Looking to develop leaders with real influence?
The CBI’s Leadership Programme is an exclusive opportunity for senior business leaders to develop the skills to influence their external environment including government and the wider political landscape.
The programme is aimed at supporting CBI members’ succession planning by ensuring senior business talent are ready to make the step up. Participants will be from a diverse background and will be up to five years from an organisation’s main board. The course is for ten days which will take place in a variety of contextual learning environments over the course of eight months.
