G108 RYA Advanced Powerboat Handbook T&C's 

1. This promotion is open to anyone who purchases the RYA Advanced Powerboat Handbook either in print or digital directly through the RYA webshop.
2. This promotion excludes employees of Royal Yachting Association, their families, agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.
3. Start date for receipt of entries is 7/8/2014.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries is 31/10/2014.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries made by agents or third parties or on behalf of an entrant will be deemed invalid.
6. There is one prize available. The winning entrant will receive a free RYA Advanced Powerboat Couse courtesy of Powerboat Training UK.
7. The RYA reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value should the prize granted become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
8. The winner will be announced on the RYA website in November 2014 and the winner will be notified personally by email as soon as practicable either before or after this.
9. The RYA will be in touch within 28 days of the announcement of the winner to arrange delivery of the prize. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the RYA, that winner will forego the right to claim the prize and the RYA will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected.
10. Entrants accept that if they win, the RYA will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this prize draw and for related promotional purposes.
11. The name and town of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after December 2013 enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to RYA Publications.
12. The RYA will not pass entrants' email addresses outside of the RYA for marketing. 13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. The decision of the RYA as promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
