Based: Port Mahon, Menorca, Spain

We need an experienced RYA Sail Cruising Instructor for our 2015 summer season. We are an established RYA sailing school and our location in the Port of Mahon is one of the best in the Mediterranean. We specialise in Competent Crew and Day Skipper courses (non tidal) for individuals, groups and families. We also run a successful charter business and the job may involve some skipper charters. We can offer 4-6 months for work, depending your availability. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of our business. References required.

Hillingdon Outdoor Activities Centre: Seasonal Instructor
Based: Hillingdon, West London
Seasonal: end March to end October 2015
Salary: From £260 per week + increments for qualifications + bonuses

We require instructors with a minimum of one of the following:

  • RYA Dinghy or Windsurf Instructor
  • BCU Level 1 Coach

To teach a wide range of land and water based activities at a non-residential centre on the outskirts of London. Accommodation available on-site for seasonal staff. Positions are also available for trainee instructors wishing to gain the above qualifications.

Sporting Club Sardinia: Senior Dinghy Instructor
Based: Porto Pollo, Sardinia north coast, Italy
Seasonal: 15 May to 30 September 2015

We are looking for a new Chief Instructor to run our small RYA sailing school. The ideal candidate would speak Italian and/or German, as well as having experience working with strong winds and catamarans. We provide lunch, shared accommodation and a competitive salary.

Stormforce: First Mate for Fastnet 2015 and other race events
Based: Southampton, Hampshire
2015 race season

Our race teams compete in high profile events in the UK and Caribbean with our skipper, mate and a crew of customers. We need Mates for the 2015 UK racing season: Fastnet Campaign, Round the Island race, Cowes Week, Dartmouth Regatta and various corporate regattas.  

ESSENTIAL: Minimum age 18; front of the fleet background in dinghy, sportsboat or yacht racing; racing experience as bowman; experienced helm; experience of instruction/working with people.

DESIRABLE: RYA/MCA Yachtmaster™ Offshore; ISAF Offshore Safety Certificate; offshore racing experience. If you do not hold the Yachtmaster™ and ISAF certificates but have racing experience we can discuss helping you get qualified.
