BAE Systems Human Factors team is made up of Ergonomists, Applied Psychologists and Systems Engineers and is the prime contractor for the UK Human Factors Integration Defence Technology Centre.

The Human Factors team uses a scientific process to assess human capabilities, limitations and interactions with technologies and environments to help improve the design of products, processes and systems. Our clients include the UK Ministry of Defence, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, the National Air Traffic Service and the Rail Safety and Standards Board.
