Can I purchase iPhone under the T-Mobile Equipment Installment Plan?: No, but you can apply for the Barclaycard Financing Visa card. New Barclaycard members can get special financing for up to 24 months on iPhone for use with T-Mobile.
Can I select a business plan for the iPhone?: Yes. Business customers in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK, and the U.S. can purchase and activate a business phone plan in any Apple Retail Store. In the U.S., business customers can choose plans from Verizon and AT&T. Speak with your store’s Business Team for more information.
If I already have a contract, how can I find out the price I’ll pay for a new iPhone?: The fastest way to find out about the price you’ll pay for a new iPhone is to use your carrier’s eligibility checker, which we offer for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. The eligibility checker will check with your carrier’s systems and show you the price you qualify for. For T-Mobile contracts, you can check your eligibility by signing in to your account at My T-Mobile.
Can I transfer my current phone number?: Yes. When you purchase your iPhone, you’ll be instructed on how to transfer your current number. You can keep using your existing phone until your new iPhone is activated and set up. Then you can start making calls on the new iPhone using your current phone number. If you are switching carriers, termination fees may apply. Please contact your current carrier for details.
Can I use my current rate plan with an iPhone?: You may be able to keep your current voice plan, but you are also required to have a data plan.
