Following a decision by the Board of Directors, Paul Alain Chaudet has replaced Manfred Ramspacher as administrator of the Tour de France a la Voile for 2003.
The rest of the organisational team remains unchanged and are in full preparation for the 2003 edition and in preliminary profiling for the 2004 event.
60 boats are registered, a total of more than 600 sailors will sail the arduous circuit around the Atlantic coast of France and the Mediterranean. The event runs from 26 June to 28 July and visits 13 towns around the French coast before finishing in the Meditterranean
