The Royal Yachting Association has comprehensive lists of RYA affiliated clubs and recognised Training Centres around the world, but there are many other organisations offering ways to get afloat. You can race, charter or hire or crew. There are holidays on dinghies, yachts and motorboats, and a multitude of adventurous trips on all sorts of different boats. The RYA has over 2200 recognised training centres dotted around the UK and overseas, teaching small boat sailing, windsurfing, power boating, sail and motor cruising, personal watercraft and inland waterways.
