Pete Flint and Sami Inkinen made the pilgrimage from Europe to Silicon Valley in 2003 with the dream of launching their own technology company. They met in a class for aspiring entrepreneurs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and started working on a business plan for a website they hoped would revolutionize the real estate industry. They called their startup Trulia. Today, the business that began as a class project has grown into a publicly traded company, and is one of America's most popular real estate listing Web sites with more than 22 million unique visitors a month.
