  Photo of the month

WOW - I received so many amazing photos this month, thank you to everyone who sent in a picture. They were all fantastic, so picking just one winner was pretty tough.

But our winner is... Tom Green. Tom tells us "it shows Charlie Ward's 60 foot replica barge 'Juno' near the Quay at Blakeney, North Norfolk at the height of the December tidal surge. With six anchors out she weathered the storm while a Seahawk and Wayfarer were thrown up onto the top of the sea defence bank as the water poured into adjacent land, and many other craft were damaged or are still unrecovered."
Photo of the month

Tom's picture will now also be used as the header image on the RYA Facebook page for the month of February.

Keep sending in your favourite boating pictures and one lucky image will be chosen as Photo of the month and cover shot. Send your pictures and a short caption to editor.inbrief@rya.org.uk
