Some features are intermittently not available on Twitter at this time.

Twitter is working to resolve this issue in full.
UPDATE Sep 28th, 2010 4:01pm: These features are recovering.
We are currently experiencing delays sending Tweets to Facebook and are actively working on the issue. In the mean time, we are disabling this feature.
UPDATE Sep 28th, 2010 2:30pm: The issue is resolved.
A malicious link is making the rounds that will post a tweet to your account when clicked on. Twitter has disabled the link, and is currently resolving the issue.
UPDATE Sun Sep 26 18:41:49 UTC 2010: We’ve fixed the exploit and are in the process of removing the offending Tweets.
We’ve identified and are patching a XSS attack; as always, please message @safety if you have info regarding such an exploit.
We expect the patch to be fully rolled out shortly and will update again when it is.
Update (6:50 PDT, 13:50 UTC): The exploit is fully patched.
