Ranking Release Dates

ISAF World Rankings

The ISAF World Sailing Rankings for Olympic Classes will be issued on Thursday 8 May, including all events up to and including the ISAF Grade 1 Semaine Olympique Française.

Expect to see some significant movers and shakers, since the last World Sailing Ranking Release of 5 February. The World Sailing Rankings will be published on the ISAF website on 8 May, and you can also subscribe to receive the rankings - by overview of all classes, or by individual class - direct to your email address via ISAF Sailor. go to www.sailing.org/isafsailor to subscribe.

After 8 May, the next ISAF World Sailing Rankings will be released on 30 May taking in the results from the ISAF Grade 1 SPA Regatta.

The ISAF World Match Race Rankings will next be issued on 22 May after the ISAF Grade 1 Toscana Elba Cup, Italy. With the previous rankings released on 20 March 2003, expect to see quite a few changes. Lithuania's Juozas Bernotas came out on top in the Men's RS:X whilst Russia's Stefania Elfutina was triumphant in the Women's RS:X. Both sailors claim the first Abu Dhabi ISAF Sailing World Cup Final spots whilst Jock Calvert (AUS) and Joanna Sterling (AUS) picked up the Oceanic spots for the Emirati finale.

A tight group of five young Papua New Guinean (PNG) Laser sailors are stepping up their 2015 Pacific Games competition program using this week's ISAF Sailing World Cup Melbourne. PNG is one of 33 countries represented at the important Oceanic event, the largest Olympic sailing regatta in the southern hemisphere.
