Race six victory went to Daniel GLOMB, Caio VERGO and Andre GICK (BRA) ahead of Martin BUSCH, Pablo NOCETI and Maximo FELDTMANN (ARG). Gustavo WARBURG, Hernan CELEDONI and Maximo SMITH (ARG) had their second worst race of the championship coming in fifth and put themselves on equal points going into the final race with George HEHM, Marcos RIBEIRO and Lucio RIBEIRO (BRA).

By the time the last race started the wind had unfortunately dropped. WARBURG played it safe, covering NEHM throughout the race. A second place to NEHM's third thus gave him the title. Niels RUMP, Carlos de LEO and Paulo RIBERIO (BRA) had their best race of the regatta taking the final bullet.

The event had a great social interaction, with 50% of the crews sleeping at the Club dorms and plenty of activities organised by the club after racing each day.

The Agrupacion Argentina de Soling and the YCPE will start to work together to present a bid for the 2010 Soling Worlds and hopefully others can come to these brilliant waters.
