    My newsfeed is full of challenging the governments decision to ban plastic straws! Many disabled people rely on plastic straws with alternatives not being appropriate- it's a basic human right to have a drink!

    We are starting to increase Elsie’s therapy ready for September. We know that the stronger she goes in to surgery, the stronger she will come out. This girl works so hard, and always with a smile! You can help to keep our mermaid kicking!

    Just recovering from the daily 'letter box issue', (as in, 'Is it my turn yet to be 'd on') ?! :-P Much more terrified of assessment itself,than outcome. I have ,(which doesn't improve) anxiety & depression . Not helped by THIS!

    Despite my I picked up my kid from school, took him to equine therapy (with a quick stop for carrots) and then out to dinner, while his mom got some much needed rest. Thanks !!

    friends, what are some real life examples of when people have tried to help you but did it the wrong way? How do you prefer people to offer their assistance? This is a sensitive subject that is so important to talk about. :)
