Did they hire Dana White to hang out of at the Shop so SHR could have a shot at a pay-per view when these dudes get into it.  IMO, Stewart has picked out the Role of "the leader in the dugout"  (OK Pits- but you see my point).  In the 90's I think a good case could be said that the leader in the pits was Earnhardt.  It's become more and more obvious over the past 3-4 seasons.  I think Busch might thing HE is that leader.  Harvick, is a LOT like Smoke, they BOTH FLASH HOT but cool down quickly.  Busch broods and then SNAPS.  He is NO DOUBT a very talented driver (and I believe was a VERY good Ambassador of the Sport as Champ- His articulate and had a very good demeanor when doing appearances).  Gibbs is likely the only Owner who could "magically" make them get along.  he did it with Stewart (Stewart was out of control at times when out of the race car - for goodness sake he took a SWING at a Photog.  Now he is one of the biggest and finest Gentleman in the sport- recall his interview with JPM on his radio show.  Gibbs has worked wonders with one of the most talented stockcar drivers on planet earth.  One could make a STRONG case that Kyle Busch IS the G.O.A.T. of NASCAR.  His ability amazes me and I've got 40 years of watching Nascar.  Only people who are emotionally unable to see PAST his passion, notice his talent, and notice his personal growth.  KB has come LIGHT Years in 2013 than he was as recent as 2010.  Obviously SHR is a large company and I, as a fan, can't see behind the few guys at the track.  I have NO IDEA who is the leader of the Company's operations.  But, a guy doesn't have to try all that hard to argue, Harvick and Busch could easily "drop the Mitts" and go at it- AFTER the RACE at the Track- NOW what do the Crews do? (referencing Gordon vs. Bowyer @ Phoenix).  Busch is a HUGE RISK, I hope they have someone there Like "Coach" to calm these guys down.

I was hoping that he would have stayed on with Brian Vickers. Just a hunch but I think we might see some really good things from him next year.
