You can use the information on these pages as a way to plan your time on the canals and rivers. Whether you’re looking for an interesting way to spend an afternoon locally or you’re planning where to go on your next holiday – we’ve got it covered.
Places to visit
At the Canal & River Trust we're proud to have hundreds of wonderful waterside places to visit where lasting memories are made. Feeding the ducks or just watching the boats is a great way to spend time by the water with your youngsters. Best of all, a trip to one of our canals or rivers doesn't have to cost you a penny. So what are you waiting for?
