    World Cup fever and 'winter' training in Rio

    From the familiarity of racing in Weymouth and Portland, to the relative unknown of Rio – my coach Barrie and I flew out to Brazil straight out after the Sail for Gold Regatta for our first proper training at the 2016 venue.

    Feeling pretty positive

    Palma was my first event of 2014, the first racing I had done for more than six months, and is always going to be a gauge of what I need to do for the rest of the season.

    Windsurfing's back and I’m going for gold
