All of the ISAF Member National Authorities may be represented by a delegate at the AGM. The delegate must be a national or resident of the country they are representing and must give notice of their appointment as an AGM delegate in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.

The next AGM will take place at 1600 hours on Saturday 8 November 2014 at the Gran Melia Hotel, Palma, Mallorca. *AGM delegate appointment forms should be sent to the ISAF Chief Executive Officerl by 1600 hours UTC on **Friday 31 October 2014. The form must be signed by the MNA President or Secretary General (or equivalent in position).
