Ya know, I stay away from US Federal Govt discussions, for the obvious reasons. Most important, the Fed Govt is oxymoron after oxymoron. For example, Bureaucratic Efficiency. But I cannot help myself... 
This Obamacare Website has cost 634 million dollars, so far. They have been programming this site for nearly 4 years. 4 years... And it does not function at all. Again, oxymoron. 
All I can think about is this. Nine years ago, let me repeat, just 9 years ago, 3 guys in a college dorm room launched a website, a website currently used by billions, I mean billions, of people, for nothing. No dollars. Nada, except for the cost of a domain name. 
My brain cannot grasp this ridiculousness. Three guys in a dorm room start Facebook for pocket change and the website is used by billions of people, the Federal Govt has had 4 years, working offline and spending 634 million dollars, and they cannot build a website that functions?
Bureaucratic Efficiency, yep, oxymoron.
