Documents for Deadline I in relation to the site inspection and the hearings have been published.
The Examining authority have published a notification letter setting out dates, times and locations of hearings and the accompanied site visit.
The applicant’s covering letter and submission in response to s51 advice, dated 4 June 2014, has now been published.

Correspondence submitted during the pre-examination stage and accepted by the Examining Authority, is continuing to be published.
This includes submissions relating to issues which some interested parties wish to be placed on the agenda at the Preliminary Meeting on 10 June 2014.
What happens next
Notice of the procedural decision has been issued by the Examining authority to interested parties in the Rule 8 letter; this includes information about how the examination will be conducted and the timetable as currently set out.
