The agenda for the Issue Specific Hearing on the draft Development Consent Order and Water Resource issues, to be held on 16 July 2014, has been published.

The submissions for the deadline of 20 June 2014 have now been published including responses to the ExA’s second round of written questions and comments on written summaries of cases put at any issue specific hearings. In addition following submissions were received:
• Revised application documents submitted by the Applicant including draft DCO
• Updates on agreements and Statements of Common Ground

The applicants Rule 13 Notice for the Issue Specific Hearing being held on 16 July has been published.

The Examining Authority has issued its second round of written questions.
The submissions for the deadline of 23 May 2014 have now been published.
In addition to this the Examining Authority has exercised its discretion and has agreed to accept following submissions:
- Chapel Haddlesey Parish Council;
- Statement from Knottingley Power Limited in relation to joint statement with National Grid;
- Statement from Knottingley Power Limited in relation to joint statement with Yorkshire Water;
- Email from Yorkshire Water confirming their position on joint statement with the applicant;
- Email from National Grid confirming their position on joint statement with the applicant;
- Request for withdrawal of previous representations from Northern Gas Networks;
What happens next
Notice of the procedural decision has been issued by the Examining authority to interested parties in the Rule 8 letter; this includes information about how the examination will be conducted and the timetable as currently set out.

If you have a legal interest in land affected by a nationally significant infrastructure project and have not already registered to become an interested party, then you can make a request to the Examining Authority to become an interested party under s102A of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended).
