Senior Administrator Olympic Programme (fixed-term contract to March 2017) 

We require an organised and numerate administrator with excellent attention to detail to support the RYA’s Podium Potential, Olympic and Paralympic programmes.

Reporting to the Podium Potential Manager, you will provide administrative support and liaise with a large team made up of sailors, coaches and support staff.  You will be responsible for organising the logistics for participation at training camps and international events, issuing and monitoring contracts, checking and processing payments and maintaining up to date records and documentation, including a web-based SharePoint information system.  The role is mainly office based but there are occasional external meetings and events.   

The successful applicant will be highly numerate, have excellent IT skills, including experience of spreadsheets, with good written and verbal communication skills.  You will have the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and maintain accuracy under pressure.  Knowledge of sailboat racing and/or high performance sport would be an advantage.    

Salary £19,700 per annum - 35 hours per week
