Our outdoor education and activity centre is set amongst a breath taking 58 acre Peak District site. We specialise in delivering a wide range of challenging outdoor pursuits and activities to school children and college students as well as team building and motivational courses for staff.  We can also accommodate groups of friends wishing to experience a sense of adventure and fun!

We provide a unique outdoor classroom experience for pupils offering bespoke outdoor educational and team building activities, all of which can be tailor made to your curricular needs to include maths, geography, biology and the Forest Schools programme, enhancing your students study’s.

We also provide professional outdoor qualifications  and awards for those interested in working outdoors; from Mountain Leader and SPA to REC first aid.

Our activity centre has outstanding facilities, including a 30ft climbing wall, complex high and low-rope courses (including the leap of faith) and an underground caving system.  With our highly qualified trainers guiding every stage, you will enjoy a thrilling outdoor experience, while developing confidence by working successfully with others.

Oaklands Manor is also perfect for staff training and development, with challenging team-building  and problem solving activities to motivate and inspire all involved.  With state-of-the-art training and conference facilities, we can provide a bespoke package that includes both indoor and outdoor team development.
