Current opportunities
Suppliers wishing to view what current opportunities there are to tender or apply for selection for work with Natural England should use our eSourcing Portal
. This is free and enables you to register for information of interest to you.
New suppliers who are awarded a contract with Natural England will be required to provide a D&B number to Natural England. A D&B DUNS number is a unique nine-digit sequence recognised as the universal standard for identifying and keeping track of businesses worldwide and it enables the UK Government to easily identify and learn about your company.
Contracts Finder
Contracts Finder is a free online service for finding public sector contract opportunities and viewing contract awards and contract documents. You can subscribe to email alerts to receive updates on existing or new items.

Improving opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
SMEs play an important role in delivering UK economic growth and prosperity. The Government has set a target for 25% of central government spend to go to SMEs by 2015. We are committed to supporting this target and encourage SMEs to bid for our contracts.

Sustainable procurement
Natural England has a Sustainable Procurement Policy: (49kb)
which explains how we will integrate environmental and social considerations into our procurement policies and practices. Although the Sustainable Procurement policy is predominantly aimed at our internal customers, we have published this policy so that our suppliers can see how they can support the delivery of our corporate objectives.
