Please ensure you use a delivery address that is always attended - your workplace is often best.
If delivery time is critical, please email us (see base of page) to let us know and we will monitor your shipments progress and check your deadline is met.

We use reputable couriers and you will normally receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your order.

Shipping cost is estimated according to weight and volume. For bulk orders, please contact us for a competitive quotation. We reserve the right to contact you prior to shipping if the actual price differs.

Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 working days. All items of value are despatched using a signed delivery service.
For deliveries to UK please allow 3-5 working days; for Europe, USA and Canada please allow 5-7 working days; for the Rest of the World please allow 10-14 working days.

Express Courier Delivery of your order is available for delivery worldwide. Just email us or call and we'll sort it out.
