    Feeling positive in a breakthrough season

    World Cup fever and 'winter' training in Rio

    From the familiarity of racing in Weymouth and Portland, to the relative unknown of Rio – my coach Barrie and I flew out to Brazil straight out after the Sail for Gold Regatta for our first proper training at the 2016 venue.

    A storm’s a-brewin’ for Team Patience Willis

    I’m writing this on a ferry across the Bay of Biscay with 24 hours’ travelling to look forward to, after an awesome practice regatta in Santander, the venue for September’s ISAF World Championships. That means one thing - sleep!

    Getting the adrenaline pumping

    It’s been a pretty good time for sport for me recently – me and Alex won gold at Garda Trentino Olympic Week in Italy, followed by Manchester City winning the Premier League and Lewis Hamilton the Spanish Grand Prix!
