The Secretariat is open 8.45am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday; 8.45am - 4.30pm, Friday. The Secretariat is closed 1pm - 1.45pm and on weekends and Bank Holidays. Visits to the Secretariat are usually by appointment only, so please phone or email to arrange in advance.
