Do you want to make a difference to the lives of others?

The Jubilee Sailing Trust takes both disabled and able-bodied men and women to sea, to not only teach them how to crew a tall ship, but to promote equality, sharing and to celebrate our individual differences by working together to achieve greater things.

To help us achieve our aims, we are looking for Volunteer 3rd Officers who would be available for periods of 2-4 weeks at a time and would be able to help us on a regular basis to sail in a 3rd Officer capacity, at least twice per year or more if you can do it!

Experience of square rig sailing is not essential and you will be required to stand the 8-12 watch.

To be considered you must have a valid UK OOW CoC or equivalent and a current ENG1.

Travelling expenses to and from the vessel will be reimbursed.

This is an excellent opportunity to experience the magic of tall ship sailing in between regular contracts or during leave periods. If this something you would be interested in doing, please email ship.ops@jst.org.uk
