API Blackout Testing on May 22, 2013

In further preparation for the retirement of API v1 on June 11, 2013, we’ll be conducting another blackout test on May 22nd, 2013 from approximately 20:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC (1pm to 2pm Pacific).
