The house has been done tastefully in simple Mediterranean colours and is spread out over several levels. The rooms are well furnished and all have air conditioning. The property is particularly well organised for water sports and comes with a boat and water sports instructor. Water sports include kayaking, water skiing, wakeboarding and tube rides. There is a heated infinity pool and lovely outside living and dining areas with plenty of shady areas for an afternoon siesta.

The structure itself maintained an Ionian profile, but the villa’s exterior and all its living spaces are coloured predominantly white, making a vibrant stylistic reference to the Aegean architecture.
