THYC has a large site on the southern side of Hartlepool Marina.

The modern building is within walking distance of the town centre & main tourist attractions. Visitors will find shops, bars, restaurants & accommodation close by in the Marina.

We operate an open membership policy. With a wide range of activities such as cruiser racing, dinghy racing, water skiing, jet ski, diving & fishing, there is something for everyone.

The lounge bar offers members & visitors excellent views, good food & a friendly atmosphere. Families are most welcome!

Ramp From PierAs well as open sea, we have access to sheltered waters allowing dinghy sailing to continue well into the winter months.

All types of craft up to 750kg can be launched by winch.

 

The compound can accomodate dayboats & cruisers that have been lifted out for the winter.      

 

Club and LasersThe clubhouse has changing rooms with hot showers and facilities for disabled sailors.

There is a lift to the 1st floor lounge and bar.

Hartlepool Bay provides excellent boating
 for our members' & guests' favourite activities!

Disabled access to the water soon to be available. 

The control tower is manned during cruiser racing and main events. It boasts panoramic sea views from Hartlepool Headland to the North Yorkshire Moors.
