New Start Time for Thursday Evening Race
Thursday evening races will now start from 19.00 at the request of some sailors who were finding it difficult to get to the club earlier. We will revert back to 18.30 when the lack of evening light dictates.

Highcliffe Sailing Club is located at the prime coastal location of Mudeford Quay allowing the club to offer sailing in the sheltered waters of Christchurch harbour and open water sailing in Christchurch Bay.
This makes it an ideal club for sailors of all abilities and aspirations. The club has a friendly and informal atmosphere.
It is predominantly a family club with members of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. All members are expected to help with the running of the club, It's a good way to meet people and it's fun to be involved.

Ladies That Launch 4th July.
This Friday is the fourth LTL session. We will be revisiting upwind/downwind sailing and covering race starts (with some practice starts). Hopefully we will also try to fit in some deeper water capsize practices as requested. The forecast has been variable for Friday so no definite predictions yet but one thing is for certain - we won't be short of wind. Should be a good session for trying out some "feel the need, the need for speed" skills! We'll send you an update on the weather nearer the time and just to remind you can you be ready for 6pm prompt as the tide is going out and the earlier we launch the more sailing we will get and less of a muddy walk back in at the end!!
